Paul
heads up the team of
instructors at QDM Aviation & is responsible for all aspects of
flight and ground training. He
is a CAA Flight Examiner for the PPL, IMC rating & SEP Class Rating.
Paul
has been flying for 12 years, this experience coupled with his friendly
personality makes him the ideal instructor and examiner.

Kevin
has been at QDM for 2 years,
joining initially as one of the Pleasure Flight Pilots.
He decided to become an instructor last year and is now an
instrumental part of the instructional team.
Kevin
has been flying for 7 years, his experience and humour make him an
excellent instructor.
Philip
Smith

Philip
moved to the area 2 years ago
when his wife was relocated to
RAF
Valley
. His flying experience and
easy going nature have enabled him to become an integral part of the
team. Having been a
paramedic in a previous life, his medical advice can be handy too!
Andy
Reay

Andy
looks after the majority of
our groundschool training and is the RT examiner for
North Wales
.
Andy
is also a flying instructor & examiner for the PPL & IMC rating.
Dafydd
Evans
Flying
Instructor
Dafydd
is one of our part time instructors, he has his own bank of
students and covers the instructors when they need a day off!
He is an experienced instructor and has spent a number of years
flying throughout
North Wales
. When he isn’t
instructing he will be doing the day job as an observer in the Police
helicopter.
Geraint
Phillips

Geraint
is the newest member of the team, joining us in summer 2006.
Much of his flying experience has been gained in
South Africa
. He has become a valuable
member of the team, building up a number of new students.
